RULE No 1 : STOP MASTURBATING AND WATCHING PORN OR PHOTOS OF OTHER GIRLS

So you may be wondering what in the world masturbating has to do with getting girls or improving your life. I mean masturbating does not do any harm and it's just a way to relieve myself. You will not get the same satisfaction in the long run and you will definitely get trapped into a never-ending vicious cycle where you will watch porn or other forms of media or have sexual thoughts, then proceed to masturbate and orgasm to later find yourself feeling miserable and wanting to masturbate even more to get rid of that awful feeling.  

That vicious cycle will continue for decades and you may not even know that you are addicted to masturbation as you don't consider it a harmful thing. It may not be as dangerous as snorting cocaine or other drugs, but it can pretty much ruin your social life and relationships over time. 

I would be lying to you if I told you an effective method to quit porn and masturbation for good, but as an addiction, it is EXTREMELY hard to break the habit and the only thing that will get you close there are DISCIPLINE AND RESILIENCY. EVEN WHEN YOU RELAPSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP GOING.

So I first challenge you not to masturbate for just one day. Stop masturbating for just 24 hours and if you find it really hard to do it then you can be sure to have some sort of addiction.

Then I challenge you not to masturbate for two days. After that period set a time where you can masturbate without having the need for it. Just set a specific time and masturbate trying not to think about anything. 

Then the big challenge comes: DO NOT MASTURBATE FOR JUST ONE WEEK.
The results will hit on the 4th or 5th day I PROMISE IT. 

YOU WILL SEE TREMENDOUS RESULTS AND YOU WILL DEFINITIVELY THINK IT TWICE BEFORE MASTURBATING AGAIN.

After a week you can masturbate as I told you by setting a specific time and date. THEN PROCEED TO NOT MASTURBATE FOR 2 WEEKS. Then do the same and masturbate. When you succeed with these challenges the biggest one is not masturbating for ONE MONTH.

It is a challenge where you will put a lot of discipline and focus, where you will be tempted to masturbate hundreds of time. You will need to be in public places or sites where you cannot masturbate. Surround yourself with friends, family, go to the gym, get into an activity. You will need it to get your brain distracted from thoughts of jerking off. By the way, you are just starting to regain control of your life, you are starting to live AGAIN. By not masturbating you force yourself to seek the same pleasure by socializing, meeting women, doing sports and other activities. 

GET EXHAUSTED YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE ENERGY OR NEED TO MASTURBATE.

AND PLEASE IF YOU FAIL (WHICH I PROMISE YOU WILL PROBABLY DO) THEN PROCEED AGAIN FROM THE START BY NOT MASTURBATING FOR ONE DAY, THEN TWO DAYS AND SO ON.
